How to write quote mails correctly?

A lot of international trade people think it is easy to write a quote mail. Most of them replied customers simply.For example the the following mail: ‘Hi, Mr Michael, Kindly check our quotation and data sheets in the attachment. If any comments, please let me know that. Best, Jimmy’


How to write quote mails correctly?


The first glance you see the mail,you may feel it is good and brief. For finishing the quotation,this mail has no problem. But if we want to have good sales performance,we should make it better.Today,the thing that i want to share is ‘no matter what you do,you should have a positive interaction with customers’.This interaction is actually a process of enhancing communication.To put it plainly, the result of interaction is to gain customers’ trust.So let us think the question:’is the communication over after quoting and providing specifications.Of course not.Developing customers is a series process,so we need to deal with them in combination.


So for this type of e-mail,we can think like the followings show:
I send a message to communicate with customers.
I call customers and communicate with each other.
I communicate with customers via video.
I have a face-to-face talk with customers.
...


The above thinking is actually to have a enhancing communication with customers. So we have to inform customers the communication time in advance.Some people think it is unnecessary and give customers calls directly. But customers may have no time to see the quotation,are having a meeting or are having a business trip. Don’t be righteous.
Then quote mails can be written around this:’Have an appointment or inform customers in advance.’Even though they don’t reply you,you just need say sorry to them and explain that you inform them in the last e-mail.The followings are the mail models.


Model 1: communicate via phone call
‘Hi,Mr Michael:
Kindly check quotation and data sheets in the attachment.


According to this request, I would like to call you around 3pm of your local time tomorrow.
Hopefully we could have a good talk and see what else i could do for you.

Model 2:message exchange
Hi,Mr Michael,
Kindly check quotation and data sheets in the attachment.
According to this request, I have also briefed a little bit in whatsapp.

Model 3:video interview
‘Hi, Mr Michael,
Kindly check quotation and data sheets in the attachment.
According to this request, I would like to ask for a video talk at 3:00pm of your local time tomorrow suit you. I will call you on time.

Model 4: communicate with customers face to face
