Thousand Faces of a Thousand Emails (Email Content) Update Notification

Overview of Functions
Taking already composed email templates and using AI to rewrite and expand them, creating multiple emails conveying the same message but with varied expressions for random distribution. This process aims to reduce repetitive email distribution, enhance the quality assessment of user emails, further improve email delivery rates, and increase open rates.

Application Process
1. Edit the email within the email template.
2. Utilize the AI expansion tool to segment and rewrite the email.
3. Confirm the rewritten content and save the AI-expanded email template.
4. Within the EDM mass email system, use the AI-expanded email template as the sending content to achieve diverse email distribution.

How to Use
1. While editing the email template or creating an EDM email task, you can modify the template/developmental content.
   - On the email template editing page, directly click on [AI Expansion].
  - Also, while editing the email, click [AI Expansion] to modify the content of the email.




2. Clicking [AI Expansion] will lead to the rewrite page, allowing the selection and rewriting of paragraphs or sentences by dragging with the mouse, then clicking the <Content Rewrite> button.

Note: The rewritten content should occupy over 80% of the original content and should not cross lines while selecting.



3. For the [rewritten content], operations like replacement, modification, and sensitive word detection can be performed.
   


Upon clicking "Next," if the system detects sensitive words in the rewritten content, modifications need to be made for those identified words.




4. The template, once rewritten, can be directly saved as a "New Template." This eliminates the need for rewriting when using this template next time, allowing direct utilization.



5. Task Details: The email content expanded by AI will show the number of generated email contents in the task details - email content section. They will be automatically distributed to ensure that each recipient receives different email content, enhancing email delivery rates and reducing the chances of ending up in the spam folder.
