1.4.Sub-account permission assignmen
Access “Mine”，select“Members”, click upper right corner “Member Management”to set the sub-account rights. The rights include data download, value-added service, and trade countries, etc. Notes: the sub-accounts has been the registered accounts, and this funcstion is only for diamond members.
Access “price” page, select the package you want. The member contains VIP and yellow diamond members，select “buy now”，support Paypal and bank transfer.
52WMB provides 3 search methods, they are product keywords search, company name search, and HS code search. Each search method meets different user needs.
For example：If you want to get a large number of customers who import led products，you can search product keyword select trade area to filter our related companies.
Company name search is for checking the related company info you know name. Can delete LNC, LLC, LTD, etc when inputing.
HS code search is an accurate supplement for product search. For language difference, there may be no result when search same product keywords. But we can use international HS code to search and get a accurate result.
Company category contains 2 parts：one is recommended by the platform according to the labels that the users often search, such as import from China, Include contact, etc. The other part is the user-defined search category. According to different customer needs, 52WMB provides you with a custom label screening system. Through company category, you can find accurate customers more conveniently.
2.3.Customize company category settings
In the shortcut toolbar，click “create categories”to set your category according to your needs. After setting，it will be shown in the advance of the categories. Click “Edit Categories”to modify it. Through company category, we don’t need to set repeatedly, and can use it by one-click search.
2.4.Company Category List
Match search keywords with product description on B/Ls and sort them by match.
2.4.2.Import from China
Has Chinese trading partners or these company has transaction records with China.
Precise matching mode，Count the transaction volume and proportion of products in recent 2 years.
The company includes the website and email, which makes it easier to create a sales list.
Smart match mode，sort according to the trading volume of relevant products from high to low.
Smart match mode，sort according to the transaction date of relevant products from new to old.
3.1.Company list introduction
Access the company list page，select the trade area you want. You can also perform secondary filtering through the advanced filtering on the left. For each company, you can see its active value, recommended reason, main product and filter labels. The higher the active value, the more the company meets your screening criteria. The recommended reason specify the number of transactions in the past two years, the latest transaction date and the proportion of relevant products。Help you find customers with more transactions, new transaction date and high transaction frequency.
Access company report page and click “Collect” on the right side can collect the target company separately.
In the “shortcut toolbar”on the right side of the company list page，click “Batch collect” button and then select or create a label to collect all companies in this page.
3.3.Advanced filter + Save filter
In the company list page, after secondary filtering with advanced search, you can click the “Save filter” button and set a label name to save this company category list.
4.1.Company name column
In the company name column, you can get the company name, area,data update date, and address to help you quickly confirm customer info.
Access company report page，select the related main product label to check related of this product. Understand the product structure of the target company by viewing different product data.
Click “More”to create self-defined label. Set a label name and then input product keywords or HS code to finish setting.
Click “Overview”to check its market trend analysis chart in recent one year. At the bottom of the trend chart, you can change and data check by three different dimension. It can help you understand the company’s transaction cycle and business stability.
Click “Contact”to the company contact info, inlcuding contacts, Tel, Fax, Email, address, website, etc. This function makes it more intuitive and convenient to get the contact information of customers.
Click “Shipments”to check the company transaction records. Here supports date, product keywords, HS code, etc, search method. Click “details”to check the trade details. Through this information, we can understand its purchasing ability, so as to find the most suitable target customers.
Click “Partners” and filterthem by “Trade degree”. Thus we can get realted partners’ trasansaction record by click company name. When click “details”, we can also view the trade trend chart and details in recent one year. This function can help us determine the priority of follow-up. For customers with large trading volume and stable trading frequency, we can follow up fisrt.
Click “ HS codes” and filter them by “Trade degree”. Here we can understand this company’s newly added and lost products and all transaction details. Click “details” behind the HS code to view the trade trend chart and details of its products in recent one year. This function is used to confirm the product’s HS code in the target country and understand the product range of them.
Click products to learn what are the products involved in the company, which products are purchased frequently and in large quantities, and which products have not been re-purchased in one or several years. By understanding and mastering the customer's business characteristics, we can judge whether the customer meets our development needs.
Click ”Areas“ to learn about the number and proportion of transactions in each area. Click details behind the area to view the company's trade trend chart and details in recent one year. Through this function, we can the trading characteristics of customers so as to judge the priority of customer follow-up.
Clicking “Ports”can obtain all import and export port data of the company and this page support port name search. Click “details” behind the port name to view the port trade trend chart in recent one year and the trade details. Knowing the trading port can help us understand the import-export situation of customers, which is conducive to our later customer development.
Click “Customs Data”to select one area, enter the main interface. Fill in the filter information such as transaction date and product description in the input box to search for qualified trade data. Click “expand” to filter more dimensions. Through multi-dimensional filtering, we can more accurately find the industry analysis that meets the requirements.
5.2.Create an industry label
In shortcut toolbar on the right side，Click “create labels”，fill in the corresponding filtering info and save it for your next filtering.
Click “Trade Data”to see all transaction data under the screening conditions. Click “Details” to view the trade details of the each transactions.
Click “Market Analysis”to see the market trade trend of each month within a year. Under the trend table, you can select different dimensions to view the data. At the same time, under the analysis table, you can view the monthly detailed data report of the past year, including the number of transactions, proportion, quantity, number of containers, total price, etc. When you click the corresponding buyer and supplier, you can also see the list of related companies. Through this data, we can understand the trade rule of the target countries, so as to formulate sales strategies more reasonably.
Click “Trade area”to see the global regional distribution map and the trade data report with countries. The data report includes the number of transactions, proportion, the quantity, the number of containers, the total price, etc. Through this function, you can know the supply proportion of countries, so that you can estimate the market in advance.
Click “export port”to see the proportion of each export port and the detailed trade status . You can also perform intelligent sorting or keyword search. By checking the export port, we can help you make a reasonable product transportation valuation.
Click “Supplier”to see the supplier's transaction proportion chart and detailed trade data. Click the company name to enter its company details page. Through suppliers, we can know who the global competitors are and what their products are like.
Click “Buyer”to see the purchaser's transaction proportion chart and detailed trade data. Through “Buyer”, we can know which buyers have purchased more target products in the past year and what the purchasing situation is. Understand the leading enterprises and their product requirements through buyers.
Click “Import port”to see the transaction proportion of each import port and the detailed transportation situation. Knowing the unloading port of the target country will help us understand the distribution of procurement and sales in each region and help us make reasonable sales strategies.
Click “HS code”to see the proportion of HS code and the detailed trade data statistics. Through it, understand the customs declaration HS code of the product.
Data center contains 8 sections，the left side contains homepage, collection, labels, downloads, history, members, setting and membership. The upper middle section is the current member authority description section. The central part is the company's report and label management.
The lower part is the value-added services，the bottom is recommended companies and it is recommended to use product name and customer type to help filter. On the far right of the data center are the promotion and recommendation of Business-Line.
（1）Create a collection category
Classification management can be carried out for the collected companies. Click “Add”and click“create a category”at the top right，input catetory name，and click “save”to create new categories for your favorite companies.（operation can be viewed 2.6）
Click one category to cancel the follow-up, reclassify and manage the collected companies. At the same time, this function also supports accurate search of company name.
（3）Export company contact info
Selected collected companies and click “Export companies”to export the company contact info.
（4）Email hunting and B/Ls download
In the operation column of the favorite company list page, click the mail icon to access email hunting tool, click the download icon to set the date to download the B/L data，and click the following cross to delete the collection company.
On the data center page，Click ”Labels“. Label management is divided into filter label, company label and industry label. In label management, you can create, modify and delete various labels. Click the label names to jump directly to the corresponding data list.（Label creation view 2.3）
Enter the company's data details page，click “shipments”，filter time or any other condition, and click export data.
（2）Download company directory
Enter the company's data details page，click “Partners”，filter time or any other condition, and click export data.
（3）Download customs data
Click “Customs Data”and select one area，input product description or HS code to search and then click “export data”.
（4）Download contact info
Access “Data center” and click “Collection”，enter one category，select the companies that have contact info and click “export companies”
Access “Data center”and click “History”，then we can see that the viewed companies are unlocked.The data of these companies can be viewed repeatedly without consuming the quantity of the viewing.
Access “Data center”and click “Members”to modify the permissions or delete the sub account.
Access “Data center”and click “Order management”to see the options of order list and invoicing info.
Access “Data center”and click “Members”to modify personal information, upload avatars, modify passwords and view login records.
